I graduated from Ball State University in 2009.  After I graduated I moved back to Lafayette and joined the Murdock team as a Title I aide.  I worked as an aide for 2 years.  Then I began teaching for 1 year in a first grade classroom.  After one year in first grade, I moved to third grade.  I have been working in third grade ever since and absolutely love working with this age of students.  I was a pilot teacher for our 1:1 initiative for iPads and it has really helped to open my eyes to new ways of teaching the children with bringing in technology.
